We would like to announce that we have renewed our contract with Technical Director Zico for the 2019 season.

"I am delighted to be able to continue working as a member of Kashima Antlers, a club that has consistently brought so much joy to its supporters. I never imagined returning to Kashima, a club that brought me so much joy, after having been away from the club for so long until last year. In 2018, we showed a fantastic fight throughout the year and achieved our long-cherished Asian title. As we head into the 2019 season, I want to thank the supporters who always show love and respect for me and Kashima, and I will put my heart and soul into working to bring everyone a lot of joy. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the front office, players, staff, employees, and all involved parties for their efforts in achieving last year's results. I want to congratulate my old teammates with whom I fought alongside. Let's make 2019 a wonderful year, with many victories and titles!"
