■Comment from Yuto Misao
"To everyone involved with Kashima Antlers, thank you for two years. And I apologize for not being able to contribute to the team. Most of my two years at Kashima were spent battling injuries, especially groin pain syndrome. I repeatedly relapsed just when I thought I had recovered, and my heart nearly broke many times when the future seemed uncertain, but I desperately struggled with the goal of wearing the Kashima uniform, stepping onto the pitch, and contributing to victory. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to contribute to the team on the pitch, but I was happy to spend two years with wonderful players, staff, and supporters. In particular, I can't thank the medical staff enough for listening to my many selfish requests and working so hard on my treatment. However, I believe this difficult period was a necessary time in my life and will serve as fuel for future growth. I still have many goals, and I believe I can still grow. I sincerely hope that Kashima Antlers will continue to win many titles. Thank you very much."
