・Due to the "Ibaraki Prefecture Ordinance for the Healthy Development of Youth," persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter, even if accompanied by a guardian.
・Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the Main Arena.
・Bringing alcohol into the facility is prohibited.
・Due to the late-night hours of the event, the use of drums or other noisemakers and chanting outdoors are strictly prohibited. If such acts are observed, there is a risk that public viewings cannot be held at this venue in the future.
・As cold weather is expected on the day, please wear warm clothing or bring a lap blanket or cushion.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes such as slippers, as outdoor shoes are not permitted in the arena.
・Please note that chairs will not be provided to allow as many people as possible to watch the game. However, chairs will be provided separately for those who need them due to poor health or other reasons.
・Please refrain from attaching tape or similar items to the venue facilities, including the floor and walls.
・Queue management will begin at 23:00 (reserving spaces with sheets, etc., is prohibited).
・If any behavior that disturbs other spectators is observed, you will be asked to leave.
・The Sports Center will close 30 minutes after the end of the match.
