"Antlers Sports Volunteer" is recruiting new staff for the 2019 fiscal year.
This volunteer program primarily involves cooperating with the operation of Kashima Antlers' home games, and in order to promote local sports culture, we are also considering dispatching staff to various sports events in neighboring municipalities. We welcome applications from those who have registered in the past and those who are eager to participate.
■ Eligibility
・Must be 18 years of age or older, in good health (excluding high school students), and able to participate in at least 4 activities during home games from February to December 2019.
■ Activities
・Operational activities during Kashima Antlers home games (1. Ticket tearing and stub counting, 2. Seat guidance, 3. Distribution of flyers, etc., 4. Spectator count tabulation, 5. Ticket exchange, 6. Ticket checks, etc.), and cooperation with volunteer activities for other local sports events, etc.
■ Activity Dates
・Dates of Antlers home games
* Registered volunteers will submit their available dates, and after adjustment by the secretariat, they will be notified personally.
* For activities at local sports events, etc., we will contact you as needed.
■ Transportation Expenses, etc.
・Partial payment of transportation expenses, accident insurance coverage (not applicable in cases of natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis), one meal provided to those who wish, and uniform rental.

■ Training Session
・We will conduct a business training session (dates, etc. will be announced later).
* Attendance at this training session is required for registration, so please be sure to attend.
■ Other
・If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, the operating committee will conduct a document selection and notify the applicants personally.
* Application forms will not be returned.
* This volunteer program complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, implements strict security measures under the management of a responsible person, and properly manages personal information.
* Those who have participated in activities 4 or more times will receive a commemorative gift (after the end of the year's activities).
