■How to Apply (Web Application)
STEP 1:

・Enter your city of residence/work/study, name, date of birth, gender, and email address, then submit.
STEP 2:
・A registration completion email will be sent to your registered email address.

■How to Redeem Tickets (On Match Day)
・Redemption Location: Antlers Special Booth next to Gate 3 at Kashima Stadium
・Redemption Time: From 90 minutes before gates open
・Verification Method: Please present the following two items at the redemption booth.
1) The registration completion email from your application.
2) Proof of residence, employment, or enrollment in one of the five hometown cities (Kashima, Kamisu, Itako, Hokota, Namegata) (e.g., driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.).
■Important Notes
・J.LEAGUE ID registration is required at the time of application, so please obtain one beforehand.
・One application grants one invitation per person. For elementary, middle, and high school students, a family member should register on their behalf. In such cases, please enter the name of the person who will be attending the match.
・Depending on the sales status of Supporters Seats (Visitor), a portion of the north visitor area may be opened as a home area for invited guests.
・Kick-off times are subject to change. Also, if the venue changes to a location other than Kashima Stadium, the application will become invalid.
