Exchanges will be available at each purchase location starting Sunday, October 7, 2018.

(1) If you bring the product to the store of purchase
■Where to bring the product
Exchanges will be handled at the store of purchase starting Sunday, October 7. For stadium shops, exchanges will be handled at the backstand shop (during home games).
*If you are unable to come to the stadium shop, exchanges will be handled at the Mito store.
If you wish to exchange an online shop order by bringing it in, exchanges will be handled at the Clubhouse store.
■Regarding refunds
If you wish for a refund, we will refund you in cash.
*For those who purchased with a Fan Club member discount, the refund will be the discounted amount.
■Regarding replacement product shipment
If you bring the product before Sunday, October 7, and request "shipping by delivery service," the legitimate product will be shipped starting Sunday, October 7.

Please return the defective product to the store of purchase by "cash on delivery" with a note enclosed containing the following information.
*If you purchased at a stadium shop, please send it to the Mito store.
