We would like to announce that as a countermeasure against the heat during home games, starting from the Shimizu match on Sunday, August 5th, we will be distributing free cool packs to visitors and setting up a priority entry queue on Mercari Road (under the solar panels).
3,000 cool packs will be distributed for free at the pick-up booth next to Mercari Road starting at 2 PM, in exchange for presenting your ticket. Additionally, for those with Season Supporters Seats who are eligible for priority entry, queue organization will begin on Mercari Road 15 minutes before entry (2:45 PM).
Further details regarding the implementation of these measures at each home game will be announced in the digital matchday program "FREAKS+". We kindly ask all visitors to take care of their health and take personal precautions to avoid heatstroke.
