*Tickets will not actually be shipped as they will be handed over at the venue.
Please note that no shipping fee will be charged.
On the day of the match, when exchanging your tickets, we will confirm one of the following. Please be sure to bring it with you.
・After ticket payment is completed, a purchase screen will appear.
1. "Purchase Complete Screen"
2. "Ticket Purchase Confirmation" email sent from Kashima Tickets to the email address registered at the time of application
Please bring one of the above to the ticket collection point at the stadium on the day of the match.
【How to Exchange for "Match Tickets"】
On the day of the match (May 16), Kashima Antlers staff will be near Stair 5 outside Shanghai Stadium.
Please present your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email at the match ticket exchange counter to exchange for your match ticket.
*Please be sure to bring your purchase completion screen or purchase confirmation email. Without it, you will not be able to exchange for a match ticket.

Entrance for Away Supporters "Stair No. 5"
【Important Notes for Viewing the Match】
(1) To ensure safe viewing, please watch the match from the designated away supporters' area, "Stand 8."
(2) There are plans for concession stands to be set up within the viewing area (plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles are not permitted).
(3) Plastic bottles are not allowed. Paper cups will be available at the entrance, so please transfer your drinks to them before entering.
