Antlers Sports Volunteers is recruiting new staff for the 2018 fiscal year.
The main activities of this volunteer program will be to assist with operations at Kashima Antlers home games. We are also considering dispatching staff to various sports events in neighboring municipalities to promote local sports culture. We welcome applications from those who have registered in the past and those with a strong desire to participate.
■ Eligibility
・Healthy individuals aged 18 or older (excluding high school students) who can participate in at least four home games between February and December 2018.
■ Activities
・Operational activities at Kashima Antlers home games (① Ticket tearing and stub counting, ② Guiding and directing to seats, ③ Distributing flyers, ④ Counting attendees, ⑤ Ticket exchange), and other volunteer activities for local sports events.

※ Registered volunteers will submit their available dates, and after coordination by the secretariat, they will be notified individually.
※ Information regarding activities at local sports events will be provided as needed.
■ Transportation and Other Expenses
・Partial reimbursement for transportation expenses, injury insurance coverage (excluding cases caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis), one meal provided upon request, and uniform rental.

※ We kindly ask for registration renewal for the 2019 fiscal year and beyond, if possible.

・If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, a document screening will be conducted by the steering committee, and applicants will be notified individually.
