*As these are discount tickets, there is no fan club pricing.
■Exchange Location:
Same-day ticket counter next to Gate 3 at Kashima Stadium on the match day
■Exchange Hours:
From one hour before opening to the second half kick-off
■How to exchange set tickets:
*An "exchange voucher" will be issued when the ticket is issued.
Please bring the "exchange voucher" to the exchange location above. It will be exchanged for the set ticket.
Example: Shikazoku Seat 4 exchange voucher ⇒ Exchange for 4 East Zone tickets
*Exchange is only available on the day of the match.
*We will confirm the number of people at the time of exchange, so please come with everyone.
