Regarding the display of fan club grades on Kashima Antlers tickets (J.League Tickets) and issues with One-Touch Pass ID linking settings.

Thank you for always supporting Kashima Antlers and for using "Kashima Ticket (J-League Ticket)."

Currently, some customers are experiencing an issue where a different fan club grade is displayed on Kashima Ticket, and an issue where the One-Touch Pass ID (fan club membership number) cannot be set.

We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this has caused our customers.

To address this matter, we will be clearing the currently registered fan club grades for all customers today, March 1st (Wednesday). Therefore, we kindly ask you to log in to Kashima Ticket on or after March 2nd (Thursday) and set your One-Touch Pass ID (fan club membership number) again.

We sincerely apologize for having to ask all customers to re-register.

If you do not know your fan club membership number or password (4-digit PIN), please contact the call center below.
