Matches will be 90 minutes (45 minutes per half). If there is no winner, the match will be a draw.

Win: 3 points, Draw: 1 point, Loss: 0 points
≪Determination of ranking≫
At the end of the league matches, the team with the highest total points will be ranked higher to determine the standings. However, if points are equal, the ranking will be determined by the following criteria:
① Goal difference
② Total goals scored
③ Head-to-head record between the teams (a: points, b: goal difference, c: total goals scored)
④ Drawing of lots

(Up to 5 foreign players. However, only 3 foreign players can be on the field simultaneously. If one of them is from a country affiliated with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), up to 4 foreign players can be on the field simultaneously.)
○Player Substitutions
Up to 8 substitutions are allowed during a match.
○Accumulation of Yellow Cards
If a player accumulates 2 yellow cards in this tournament, they will be suspended for the next match in the same tournament.
*The accumulation of yellow cards in this tournament will not affect the Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League, J.LEAGUE YBC Levain Cup, FUJI XEROX SUPER CUP, or AFC Champions League.
