(1) Obtain the Freaks Plus QR code or click on the Kashima BIG application form from the relevant page on Freaks Plus.

(2) Obtain "Today's Keyword"
*On match day, it will be announced on the large video screen and by in-stadium broadcast, as well as posted at the fan club booth and on concourse pillars.
*The keyword changes for each match.
(3) Access the application form and fill in the required information.

◆Please note that entries are accepted from gate opening (approximately 3 hours before kickoff) until kickoff.
■Winner Announcement:
After halftime, winners will be notified by the following methods:
・Delivery of winner notification email (contact to the email address registered during application)
・Display on the large video screen (announced at halftime)
■Prize Exchange:
After halftime, at the Fan Club booth on the back stand side of the concourse.
*When exchanging, you will be asked to present your winner notification email for identity verification.
*Please note that depending on the prize, you may receive an exchange ticket and then redeem the prize at a later date at the designated store, etc.
■Other:
Please note that if prizes are not exchanged at the fan club booth on the day of the match, we will not be able to accommodate exchanges at a later date.
