Antlers Sports Volunteers is recruiting new staff for the 2016 season.
This volunteer organization primarily assists with the operation of Kashima Antlers home games, and to promote sports culture in the region, we are also considering dispatching staff to various sports events in neighboring municipalities. We welcome applications from those who have registered with us in the past and those who are motivated.
■Eligibility
・Healthy individuals aged 18 or over (excluding high school students) who can participate in activities at least 4 times during home games between February and December 2016.
■Activities
・Operational activities during Kashima Antlers home games ([1] ticket tearing and stub counting [2] guiding and directing to seats [3] distributing flyers, etc. [4] counting and tallying attendees [5] ticket exchange), and other volunteer activities for regional sports events.
■Activity Days
・Antlers home game days
*Volunteers will submit their available dates, and after adjustments by the secretariat, they will be notified personally.
*We will notify you separately about activities for regional sports events, etc., as they arise.
■Transportation Expenses, etc.
・Partial payment of transportation expenses, enrollment in accident insurance (excluding cases caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis), one meal provided upon request,
uniform rental.

*Participation in this training session will constitute registration, so please be sure to attend.

・If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, the steering committee will conduct a document screening and notify the applicants.
*Application forms will not be returned.
*This volunteer organization complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations, implements strict security measures under a responsible manager, and appropriately manages personal information.
*Those who participate in activities 4 or more times will receive a commemorative gift. (After the end of the annual activities)
