Exchange Time: February 25th (Wednesday) 3:30 PM until 30 minutes after the game ends

Please bring your membership card or identification.
*For customers who applied and completed payment after February 9th, we will provide an alternative ticket of the same seat type at the venue. The original season ticket will be given out from the Shonan match on March 14th (Saturday) onwards.
■For customers who applied for a season ticket (with uniform)
Please bring your membership card or identification.
*The uniform will be exchanged with an exchange voucher. The items will be distributed sequentially from the Shonan match on March 14th (Saturday) onwards.

The exchange of season tickets and uniforms will be until the Niigata match on April 12th (Sunday). Tickets or uniforms for customers who did not exchange by the deadline will be sent by cash on delivery.
