To reduce waiting times for stadium food purchases and ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors, we have introduced a mobile ordering system at select stores. By pre-ordering through the dedicated website by the day before the match, you can pick up your items at the pre-reserved pick-up counter at the store when you arrive at the stadium.

・If you leave the screen (e.g., by closing the browser) before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed. However, such payments will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is by online payment only. Payment at the time of pickup is not supported.
・If you need a receipt for credit card use, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email at a later date.
・If you need a receipt for payment methods other than credit card, please request it when picking up your product.
