Regarding fan services for the top team on open practice days, we have observed some individuals violating rules and showing a lack of consideration for other guests. We kindly request that you once again adhere to the fan service rules.
Specifically, we have observed multiple instances of individuals requesting multiple autographs or personal names/messages from a single player, seeking fan services outside designated areas on the grounds, and waiting for players/staff in general parking areas near the entrance/exit of the player/staff parking lot.
On our official website, we have provided the following important notes regarding fan service rules:
・Fan service is limited to either one autograph or one photo per player. Please do not re-queue to receive multiple fan services.
・Autographs are limited to one item per person per player, and multiple requests for a single player, as well as requests for personal names or messages other than autographs, are not permitted.
・Photo taking is limited to one time per person per player. Please refrain from having players hold your belongings, infants, or pets for photos.
・Fan services will not be conducted outside designated areas. It is extremely dangerous for people to congregate near the entrance/exit of the player/staff parking lot, as it can cause accidents. The club will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Please refrain from waiting for players/staff in general parking areas near the entrance/exit of the player/staff parking lot, as this causes inconvenience to other guests.
・Please refrain from offering food or drinks (including snacks, etc.) as gifts, from the perspective of nutrition, hygiene management, and thorough anti-doping measures.
・You may not sell player autographs, photos, etc., without the club's permission. Please use them for personal enjoyment, such as on social media or personal websites.
・As with practice viewing, please refrain from video recording during fan services.
・Some players may refrain from providing fan services due to their physical condition or other reasons.
・In cases of inclement weather or depending on the training content, time limits may be set, or fan services may be suddenly canceled.
When visiting the clubhouse, please check the precautions regarding practice viewing and the practice schedule, and once again, please adhere to the fan service rules. If the rules are not followed, the operating procedures may be changed, or fan services themselves may be canceled.
Furthermore, during away trips for the top team, please refrain from requesting autographs or photos from players and staff in public places to avoid causing inconvenience to those around you. If such behavior is observed during travel on public transportation, our staff will speak to you.
