To reduce waiting times for stadium gourmet purchases and ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors, we are introducing a mobile ordering system at some stores. If you place an advance order on the dedicated website by the day before the match, you can pick up your items at the designated advance reservation pick-up counter at the store when you visit the stadium.

・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pickup. Refunds will not be possible for product charges if items are not picked up within the designated time. Also, ordered products will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you leave the page by closing the browser before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed, but such payment will be canceled within a few days. In such cases, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is by online payment only. Payment at the time of pickup is not supported.
・If you require a receipt for credit card use, please enter your email address in the dedicated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email later.
・If you require a receipt for payment methods other than credit card, please request it at the time of product pickup.
