How to Purchase Tickets
(1) From the match selection screen on Kashima Tickets, select "MARCH 3MATCH (3-game ticket package in March)."
(2) Select your desired seat type, then choose the applicable membership tier and number of seats to purchase your exchange voucher. After selecting your membership tier, you can specify your desired seats by choosing "Specify seats."

■How to Exchange Tickets
Please bring your purchased "MARCH 3MATCH (3-game ticket package in March) Exchange Voucher" (QR ticket or paper ticket) to the same-day ticket sales booth outside the stadium on the match day. One exchange voucher can be exchanged for admission tickets (original ticket design) for the three target matches.
■How to Enter
Scan the QR code printed on the admission ticket (original ticket design) you receive at the gate terminal to enter. There will be no ticket tearing.
■Ticket Exchange Time and Location
March 7 (Sat) 12:00 - 17:00 (1 hour before gates open - second half kick-off)
Same-day ticket sales booth outside the stadium (South Stand side)
*Ticket exchange will also be available on the day of the Kawasaki F match (3/14) and Chiba match (3/22) from one hour before gates open until the second half kick-off. Please note that refunds for matches not attended cannot be made.
■Important Notes
・You cannot enter the stadium with the "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase. Please be sure to stop by the same-day ticket sales booth to receive your admission ticket before entering.
・All applicable seat types are reserved seats. Please specify your seat location by selecting "Specify seats" when purchasing on "Kashima Tickets." If you complete your purchase by selecting "Proceed to quantity selection without specifying seats," you may not be seated next to each other. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the purchase is complete.
・Sales will end once the planned number of tickets is reached.
・If some of the target matches are canceled or postponed, you can use this ticket to watch substitute matches. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for only a portion of the matches.
・Lost or damaged exchange vouchers and admission tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets safe.
