This event is part of our foundational sponsorship activities (*1) in collaboration with ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies. Its purpose is to "create points of contact between companies and fans/supporters, secure talent to drive the future of companies, and contribute to the future development of the regional economy." It is a joint company information session for job seekers.
Many ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies will participate on the day, and Kashima Antlers, which is currently recruiting, will also have a booth. Since the event will be held on a match day, unlike typical job fairs, company recruiters will be explaining their companies while wearing Antlers uniforms and merchandise. We encourage all participants to come as they would normally support the team.
The first 200 people who pre-register will receive a pouch with the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB logo, specially made for this event, at the venue (*2). We look forward to your participation!
(*1) What is foundational sponsorship activity?
ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB dedicates a portion of its membership fees as "foundational sponsorship funds" to activities aimed at contributing to the community and society.
(*2) To receive the gift, you must attend information sessions of at least two ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies and complete the visitor survey.

Notes on Participating in the Job Fair
・Entry may be restricted due to congestion in the venue. Please be aware of this in advance.・If any behavior causing nuisance to other participants is confirmed, you will be asked to leave.
・Information acquired through the pre-registration form will be provided by Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. to the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies exhibiting on the day. This information may also be used for communications regarding this event, necessary procedures, and announcements of other events, seminars, and recruitment information held by exhibiting companies.
・Personal information provided to exhibiting companies will be managed according to each company's self-defined personal information protection management regulations.
・Students currently enrolled in school should apply with their school's consent.
・Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the facility.
