Sales of tickets for the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchweek 36 match against Yokohama FC on Saturday, November 8, have ended for all seating categories except for Visitor-dedicated seats and wheelchair seats, as the planned number of tickets has been sold out. In light of the current sales situation, we have temporarily removed the banner displayed in the North Stand upper area, which was part of Mercari Co., Ltd.'s stadium naming rights acquisition, and have decided to add more tickets for that area as Supporters' Seat Home (unreserved seating). With Mercari's cooperation, this area will also be subject to ticket sales for the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchweek 38 (final match) against Yokohama F. Marinos on Saturday, December 6.

Additionally, we may offer additional tickets if cancellations occur for tickets currently reserved or for group reservations.

For customers who are unable to attend this match due to personal reasons, we plan to launch an official resale service at a later date via "Kashima Tickets." We will provide further information about the official resale service.

■Important Notes
・Purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that tickets have been purchased for illegal resale, we may restrict account usage. Furthermore, if resale is confirmed, the relevant tickets will be invalidated.
・Sales will end as soon as the planned number of tickets is sold out. If cancellations occur for tickets currently reserved, additional sales will be conducted via Kashima Tickets.
・Wearing Antlers merchandise or cheering for Antlers in the visitor-dedicated seats is prohibited. Additionally, wearing merchandise of the visiting club or cheering for the visiting club in the Supporters' Seat Home is prohibited. Please check here for details.
・If you mistakenly purchase a seat type different from your desired seat type, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of tickets. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Customers who wish to watch the match from wheelchair seats must reserve both their viewing space and parking in advance along with purchasing their ticket. As there are a limited number of seats and parking spaces, please be sure to make your reservation in advance. Regarding Kashima Ticket Resale Service

Customers who are unable to attend the match due to personal reasons can resell their tickets through "Kashima Tickets" by setting a resale price equal to or lower than the price they originally paid. We will announce the launch of this service separately.
