*If you applied for 1st or 2nd prize, please confirm your shipping address and make any necessary corrections.
*If you applied for 3rd to 5th prizes, you will pick them up at the stadium on match days.

*Immediately after submitting your lottery application, 1 attendance point will be deducted from your total points for each prize applied for.
■Lottery Results Notification
・Winners will receive a winning notification in the "Announcements" section of My Page.
・In addition, both winners and non-winners will be notified of the results via email.
■Prize Delivery Method
・For 1st and 2nd prize winners
Prizes will be mailed to the address registered in the application form.
・For 3rd to 5th prize winners
Prizes will be distributed at the fan club booth during the following 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League home games:
・November 8, 2025 (Saturday), Matchday 36 vs Yokohama FC
・December 6, 2025 (Saturday), Matchday 38 vs Yokohama F. Marinos
■Notes
・To apply for the lottery, you must log in to My Page with your J.League ID linked to your membership number.
Please confirm your J.League ID and membership number before logging in to My Page.
・Regardless of whether you win or not, 1 attendance point will be deducted at the time of your application.
・Multiple applications are permitted. Attendance points will be used and immediately deducted for each application and prize applied for.
・While it is possible to apply for multiple prizes at once, please note that not all prizes are guaranteed to be won.
・Once an application has been submitted, prize changes or cancellations are not possible.
・If you do not have any attendance points, you cannot apply.
・For 3rd to 5th prizes, they will be distributed at the aforementioned home games held at Mercari Stadium during the distribution period.
Please note that prizes cannot be delivered by any other method.
・Even if you use attendance points in this event, those who have attended all home games will still be eligible for the perfect attendance award, so please rest assured.
How to Check Your Attendance Points
Access My Page below, log in with your J.League ID linked to your membership number, and check your points.*It takes approximately 3 days from the match day for points to be awarded.
