
We would like to announce that the "ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB Joint Company Information Session for 2026/2027 Graduates and Second-Year Recruits" will be held at Kashima Sports Center during the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Section 29 Shonan Bellmare match on Saturday, September 13th.
This event is part of the philosophy sponsorship activities (*) conducted with the member companies of the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB. It is a joint company information session for students expected to graduate in 2026 and 2027, as well as second-year recruits, with the aim of "creating points of contact between companies and fans/supporters, securing young talent to lead the future of the region and supporting their career development, and contributing to the future development of the regional economy."
On the day of the event, many ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies will participate and set up booths. Since the event will be held on a match day, unlike typical joint company information sessions, company recruiters will be explaining their companies while wearing Antlers uniforms and merchandise. We encourage all participants to come in their usual cheering attire.
In addition, the first 100 people who pre-register will receive a ticket to the Shonan match (West Zone unreserved seating / Main Stand upper area), and the first 200 people will receive an original ballpoint pen with the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB logo, specially produced for this event, at the venue.
*The benefits will be provided upon attending at least two company information sessions of ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies and completing the visitor questionnaire.

The ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB uses a portion of its membership fees as "philosophy sponsorship funds" to support activities aimed at regional and social contributions.

This event is a joint company information session for students expected to graduate in 2026 and 2027, and for second-year recruits seeking or considering new career paths.
At the venue, you can freely visit the booths of exhibiting companies and hear directly from recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain "real information" about specific job details, company atmosphere, and required skills that cannot be found on websites.
Encountering excellent companies you didn't know about before or unexpected jobs can greatly expand your possibilities. Feel free to participate just to gather information.

Notes on Participating in the Joint Company Information Session
・A J.LEAGUE ID is required for application.・One J.LEAGUE ID can be used for one person. Please apply with your own J.LEAGUE ID.
・Those who are not among the first 100 pre-registrants should purchase a separate match ticket at "Kashima Tickets" and come to the venue.
・Entry restrictions may be imposed due to crowd conditions inside the venue. Please be aware of this in advance.
・If any behavior that causes inconvenience to other participants is observed, you will be asked to leave.
・Information obtained through the pre-registration form will be provided by Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. to the ANTLERS BUSINESS CLUB member companies that exhibited on the day. This information may also be used for communications regarding this event, necessary procedures, and announcements about other events, seminars, and recruitment information held by the exhibiting companies.
・Personal information provided to exhibiting companies will be managed in accordance with each company's own personal information protection management regulations.
・Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the arena. Please bring indoor shoes such as slippers.
