There will be no ticket sales at the match day ticket booth at Mercari Stadium.
Regarding Kashima Tickets Resale Service
Customers who are no longer able to attend for personal reasons can set a resale price equal to or lower than the price they purchased the tickets for, and resell them through "Kashima Tickets".■Eligible Tickets and Conditions
Tickets purchased on "Kashima Tickets" and issued as QR tickets can be resold.
The listing price will vary depending on the price of the tickets you purchased.

■Fees and Payment when Listing on Resale Service
・When a resale is completed, the seller will receive the listing price minus a resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and a transfer processing fee (300 yen, excluding tax).
・Payment will be transferred to the registered account approximately two weeks after the resold event concludes.
■To Customers Purchasing Tickets via Resale Service
・Payment method is credit card only.
・Ticket issuance method is QR ticket only.
・In addition to the ticket price, a resale purchase fee (200 yen/ticket, excluding tax) will be charged separately.
