・Products can only be picked up on the date selected at the time of ordering.
・The selected time slot is the valid time for product pick-up. We cannot issue refunds for products not picked up within the time slot. Also, ordered products will be discarded if not picked up by the end of the match.
・If you leave the page by closing your browser before the order completion screen is displayed, only the payment process may be executed, but the payment will be canceled within a few days. In this case, there will be no burden on the user.
・Payment is only accepted online. Payment at the time of pick-up is not supported.
・If you need a receipt when using a credit card, please enter your email address in the designated receipt field when entering your credit card information. An electronic receipt will be sent to you via email at a later date.
・If you require a receipt for payments other than credit card, please request it at the time of product pick-up.
・This service system uses "Uricall" by U-full Co., Ltd., and online payment statements will be listed as "Uricall".
・If you do not receive an SMS with a confirmation code during identity verification, please check your carrier's SMS reception settings.
