Staycation Kashima is a company that operates lodging businesses based in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture, established by KX Co., Ltd., a town development company in the ROKKO region, and Tsukihi Holdings Co., Ltd., which plans and supervises regional revitalization projects centered on the regeneration and utilization of real estate. On Saturday, March 22nd, they opened the lodging facility "No.12 Kashima Fan Zone" in Kashima City with the aim of increasing the exchange population and length of stay in the five cities of the ROKKO region, their hometown.

"No.12 Kashima Fan Zone" is a multi-purpose lodging facility completed within walking distance of Kashima Soccer Stadium.
The power and passion of the fans and supporters, who are the "12th player," and the great excitement that envelops the stadium are indispensable values for football. To allow this enthusiasm to extend beyond the stadium, we offer various activities and content, including accommodation, sauna, dining, merchandise sales, and live events.
"No.12 Kashima Fan Zone" plans to host numerous events and content in the future, not only on football match days but also on non-match days, to allow visitors to experience the charm of Kashima and the ROKKO region.
