Please fill in the required information and apply via the application form. ■Items to fill in Name of wheelchair seat purchaser/user, name of attendant (if any), J.LEAGUE ID used at the time of ticket purchase, seat number, address, phone number, email address, vehicle information (manufacturer, model, color, license plate number)■Application Period Until 23:59 on Friday, April 25th ■Notes ・After the application deadline, we will send you usage instructions via email. ・If a lottery is held due to a large number of applications, we will not be able to answer individual inquiries regarding winning or losing. We appreciate your understanding in advance. ・To ensure you receive the guidance email, please configure your email settings to accept emails from the "@antlers.co.jp" domain. ・Parking permits will be sent by Sunday, May 4th.
