Starting from the 2024 season, the J-League has named its Meiji Yasuda J-League matches held at the Japan National Stadium "THE KOKURITSU DAY" and is enhancing its promotional efforts. This series, which broadly promotes the "J-League experience" through matches at the National Stadium, is scheduled to include a total of 10 matches in the 2025 season, and Antlers will be hosting a home game there.
Antlers have hosted home games at the Japan National Stadium for two consecutive years, starting from the 2023 season. Both the match against Nagoya Grampus on Sunday, May 14th, 2023, and the match against Yokohama F. Marinos on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, recorded over 50,000 attendees, and we won both matches.
Over the past two seasons, many people have attended Antlers matches for the first time or watched again after a long absence, thanks to the "Kokuritsu Day" matches. The fact that these individuals have also visited Kashima Stadium in large numbers, not just the National Stadium, has led to a record-breaking average home game attendance of 23,037 in the 2024 season.
The club continues to position "Kokuritsu Day" as an important opportunity to expand the Antlers Family, and we plan to deploy various promotions. We appreciate the understanding of SÓCIO and season ticket holders, and anyone else who may experience inconvenience or trouble due to the venue change.
Details regarding ticket sales and viewing rules will be announced at a later date once they are finalized.
■To SÓCIO and Season Ticket Holders
For the match against Kawasaki F, which will be a home game held at a venue other than Kashima Stadium, we will provide spectator seats equivalent to the number of seats you hold. Further details will be announced later.
