Comment from Coach Kenji Haneda
"It was a very difficult time to take on the coaching role with only 6 matches remaining, but I did my best for the club. I regret that we couldn't win all the matches, as I intended to win every single one. However, thanks to the cooperation of all the players and staff, we were able to fight as one, and I am truly grateful to my teammates. I will continue to grow and become stronger so that I can work for Kashima Antlers again in the future. The atmosphere at Kashima Stadium in the final match was the best. Thank you very much."

"I will be stepping down as the top team coach at the end of this season. It has been an invaluable experience and a precious asset for me to have been a part of Kashima Antlers, a club with such proud traditions and history, for approximately three seasons, working with the team towards the goal of winning titles. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all the players, team staff, club officials, and the fans and supporters who gave us such passionate support. My theme has been to build "cohesion, collaboration, and continuity" centered on the relationships between players. I will continue to pursue this theme, keep learning, and aim for further growth. Finally, I sincerely wish for the further development and success of Antlers, and for the continued success of all the players. Thank you very much."

Comment from Goalkeeper Coach Yohei Sato
"I will be leaving Kashima Antlers. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the fans and supporters, partners, local communities, and front office staff who have always supported the team. The days we fought together and shared joy and frustration were truly precious to me. Watching the goalkeepers, and indeed the entire team, striving and growing every day, I was greatly inspired and learned a lot from a coaching perspective. The time I spent as a member of this club is a treasure to me. From now on, as a supporter, I sincerely hope that everyone will grow and win titles. Thank you very much."
