■Important Notes
・This event requires advance application.
・You will need to register for a J.League ID when applying. Please obtain one beforehand.
・Only one application per J.League ID is allowed. If you submit multiple applications via the form, all applications after the first will be invalidated.
・Please use the invitation ticket coupon distributed later to issue your QR ticket and attend the match.
・One application invites two people. Please fill in the required information on the application form.
・If there are many applications and a lottery is held, the delivery of the invitation ticket coupon will serve as the winner announcement. We will not contact those who are not selected. Please be aware of this beforehand.
・Kickoff times may change. Also, if the venue changes to one other than Kashima Stadium, your application will be invalidated.
