・The service may be suspended or orders cancelled due to inclement weather, etc. In such cases, an announcement will be made by the facility or the event organizers.
・If the service is suspended due to system issues, orders already placed may be cancelled. In that case, any fees already paid will be refunded or the payment will be cancelled.
・Due to connection conditions, it may take time for an order to be completed. Please do not tap elsewhere or close your browser until the completion screen appears.
・We do not sell alcohol to customers under 20 years old or to drivers. If you order alcohol, we may ask for age verification upon delivery.
・We cannot refund orders that were not picked up within the designated time. Additionally, any orders not picked up by the end of the match will be disposed of.
・If you navigate away (e.g., closing the browser) before the order completion screen appears, payment may be processed but the order may not go through. Such payments will be automatically cancelled within a few days, at no cost to the user.
・Payment is online only.
・If you require a receipt for credit card payments, please enter your email address in the dedicated field during the credit card information input phase. An electronic receipt will be emailed to you at a later date.
・This service uses the "Urikore" system by Ufulu Co., Ltd., and online payment statements will be labeled as "Urikore."
