The J.LEAGUE is taking action against climate change to protect the landscape with football. As part of this, this product is made from 100% GRS-certified recycled polyester, which is environmentally friendly.
What is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification?
It is an international third-party certification program that certifies the recycled content in a product and guarantees that the manufacturing and distribution processes are environmentally and socially responsible. It is the most widely adopted and strictly operated standard worldwide.
[About the J.LEAGUE and Pokémon collaboration]
To commemorate the opening of the "2026/27 Meiji Yasuda J.LEAGUE" on Friday, August 7, 2026, the J.LEAGUE is collaborating with Pokémon, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, under the theme "EVOLUTION! ~J.LEAGUE Evolves.~" and will hold the "Pokémon J.LEAGUE Festival" at 60 clubs nationwide.
In line with the J.LEAGUE's "evolution" due to the season transition to an August opening, 60 unique "evolved" Pokémon will partner with the 60 clubs, exciting fans through visitor gifts, original merchandise sales, and various events.
