Step inside, and you'll find yourself in a retro atmosphere lit by paper lanterns, filled with the lively voices of the staff. "Great food and sake bring great happiness." This is the charming atmosphere that pervades Sennukiya. A popular menu item is Shikoku's proud B-grade gourmet, bone-in chicken. The "hinadori" (young chicken) (780 yen) and "oyadori ninniku yaki" (old chicken with garlic) (680 yen), sourced from Kagawa, are exquisite. Furthermore, the Chicken Nanban (580 yen) has become so popular that it rivals the signature dishes. There's no end to the recommendations, including kashiwa-ten (chicken tempura), seared liver, handmade chicken tsukune, ramen to finish the meal, hot pots in winter, and skewered fried dishes in summer.
