The 1v1 Challenge was held on Saturday, February 3rd, at the Antlers Clubhouse Futsal Court!

The primary goal of the 1v1 Challenge is to improve individual skills, and it focuses on 1-on-1 specific training.
This time, we conducted the following training sessions:

【Footwork】
First, getting your body to move as you intend.
We practiced many types of steps to be able to move quickly.

【Dribbling Training】
Simple dribbling training, going between markers.
We focused on keeping the ball close to the body, using the inside and outside of the foot, and the sole of the foot.
It may look easy, but controlling the ball close to the body results in more ball touches, making it a more challenging training than it appears.

【Feint Practice】
We practiced many feints such as Elastico, Scissors, Okocha Dance.
It's important to challenge yourself a lot while having fun!

【Pass & Control】
Without a good first touch, you can't dribble smoothly!
If you can control the ball to a spot where you can easily start dribbling, you can dribble at your own timing.
It's difficult to stop the ball while moving, but some players gradually got better at controlling it.

【1v1】
The main 1v1 challenge was held on half of the futsal court.
I told them to actively challenge themselves, being mindful of the weight shifts and feints practiced during training!
There were many instances of aggressive challenges, and I think it was a really good training session.
There were even heated battles, such as first-graders beating sixth-graders.
