The tournament rules were for elementary school 4th graders and above. Six teams were divided into two groups, and the 1st place team from each group advanced to the final league. The team with the better record between the 2nd place teams from each group also advanced to the final league.
Players were required to have at least one adult (junior high school age or older) and at least three children on the field at all times. Goals scored by female players counted as two points.
Nagareyama Hayabusa SCB Team won the tournament. This time, by determining the tournament's top scorer, participants were highly motivated to score, resulting in many shooting opportunities and goals.
The event concluded with a commemorative photo of all participants.
