Kashima Futsal Club would like to announce that due to Kashima City being designated as an "Infection Spreading Municipality" by Ibaraki Prefecture, individual futsal sessions (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays) from December 3rd (Thursday) to December 13th (Sunday) will be suspended.
Regarding sessions after December 13th (Sunday), we will notify you again. Please note that the Friday League, friendly matches, and court rental services will continue to operate.
Please review the following details again before participating. Kashima Futsal Club has established the following conditions as measures to prevent the spread of infection before, during, and after participation. If you have any of the symptoms listed below, or if you cannot confirm and understand these items, you will not be able to participate in futsal. Please be aware of this in advance.
1) Individuals with cold symptoms, or on the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C, shortness of breath, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste/smell, cannot participate.
2) There has been no cohabiting family member with the above health issues within the last two weeks.
3) Ability to disclose a record of activities for the past two weeks (when, where, and what was done).
4) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
5) If a participant becomes unwell during the session, they will be immediately isolated and asked to return home.
6) Participants must bring their own bottles/canteens and not use those of others.
7) Even on the pitch, observe cough etiquette, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
8) Maintain a certain distance while waiting.
9) After futsal, promptly clear out and return home.
In the case of transient symptoms, you may participate from the day after your condition improves, but please inform the futsal staff member in charge that you had health issues. If cold symptoms or a fever of 37.0°C or higher for adults (18 years or older) or 37.5°C for minors (under 18 years old) persists for 4 days or more, please consult the "Returnee and Contact Consultation Center" established in your prefecture.
Additionally, please be sure to take your temperature before participating in futsal, and continue to wear a mask when traveling, wash your hands, gargle, and sanitize/disinfect your hands.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure the safety of participants and their families and to continue futsal activities.
