*The application deadline is two days before the event.
*If you apply by email, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive a reply, please contact us by phone.
[Participation Fee]
Please pay in cash at the reception desk on the day of the event.
[Cancellation]
In case of cancellation, a decision will be made and communicated at least two hours before the start of the event.
[Important Notes]
・We do not have sports insurance, so while we will provide first aid,
any subsequent care will be at the participant's expense. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
・Participants are responsible for their valuables. We are not responsible for any theft within the facility.
