Many of the players hadn't played in a while, so at first, rallies didn't last at all.
While playing, the players started thinking of ways to keep the rallies going. They showed progress in a short time, coming up with ideas like, "Let's return the ball so the opponent can easily get it," and "A high ball gives us more time and is easier to play."
Among the improvements, heading saw significant growth.
Initially, they couldn't control their headers well, sending them backward...
As they continued to challenge themselves, they were able to control their headers and return the ball during rallies!
We plan to continue using Teqball in the future, as it's a fun way to improve skills.
