We woke up at 7 AM, an hour later than usual, and had breakfast after a walk and some exercises.

We left the hotel at 9 AM. After visiting the ceramic museum (museum), we returned to the hotel for an early lunch and prepared for the afternoon practice.

We left the hotel at 4 PM for official practice and headed to the stadium. Practice began at 4:40 PM at the stadium where the first match was played.
The six players who played significant minutes (Karasawa, Kobayashi, Ishii, Taniguchi, Murayama, and Iizuka) finished their training with two 10-minute sets of running and stretching. The other members went through basic training, then pass & control, one-on-one play, line goals (3 vs 3 + 2 free men), and shooting practice, followed by 10 minutes of free training for each player.

After returning to the hotel and showering, we had dinner at 7:15 PM. The dining hall was bustling with many guests since it was a Saturday.
Lights out was at 10 PM to prepare for tomorrow. The final match will kick off at 7 PM.
