As usual, we woke up at 6 AM, took a walk, did some exercises, and then had breakfast.

In the morning, players who were not in yesterday's starting lineup (and a few who voluntarily joined) jogged on the running course in a park near the hotel and performed basic drills and recreational training on a basketball court.

We returned to the hotel, took showers, and had lunch around noon.
As it was the middle of the tournament and the day before a match, we traveled by bus for about an hour to Linzi Stadium for official practice. This stadium can accommodate 17,000 people but is not exclusively for soccer.

For the practice, yesterday's starting lineup jogged for 10 minutes, stretched, did basic drills, and then had free time. The other players performed running and sprint drills, basic drills, ball possession, and finished with shooting practice.

After the official practice, there was a welcome dinner, and all participating teams were invited. About 70 people attended, including tournament organizers from the Zibo City Sports Bureau, sponsors from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and referees. There was a gift exchange among the teams, and we presented a uniform.
