Guangzhou, China Expedition (April 13)
It was a chilly day today with rain since the morning. It has been cool and rainy for the past three days. When we arrived in Guangzhou, it was quite hot and humid, and short-sleeved shirts and shorts were enough, but now it's cold with the rainy weather.
There was no match today as it was a rest day. The team held a practice session in the morning. Despite the rain, everyone went to the field and divided into recovery and training groups, each working out to prepare for tomorrow's match.
The recovery group did light adjustments with running, stretching, and recreational activities using a ball.
The training group did running, agility, and step work, then used a ball for dribbling, control, passing & control, 6-on-3 ball possession, shooting, and finally concluded with a 5-on-5 small game.
Three school students also participated in today's practice.
