From August 25th to September 4th, 59 third-year junior youth members and 6 staff departed from Narita Airport at 10 PM on the 25th for Brazil to participate in the 21st Copa da Amizade.

After approximately 11 hours from Narita, we arrived in Dubai. Each player made good use of the approximately 3-hour layover by taking a walk around the airport and moving their stiff bodies.
After that, we arrived in Rio de Janeiro after approximately 14 hours from Dubai. From there, we traveled by bus for about 1 hour to the hotel where we would be staying. Upon arrival, we were briefed on the facilities and confirmed important notes for our stay. Each team then took a walk to the beach, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and stretched their bodies with exercises.
After dinner, each team confirmed their schedule for the upcoming tournament and went to bed.

Tomorrow morning, an opening ceremony will be held at the Zico Centre, and each team will train for the main tournament, which starts on the 28th.
