South Korea Expedition (8/11)

In the morning, we took a short walk, had breakfast, and then traveled by bus to the practice venue.

After arriving at the practice venue, we trained for about an hour and a half.
The climate is almost the same as in Japan, with high humidity and temperatures close to a heatwave. Despite this, we worked up a good sweat with energetic movements, including running, coordination drills, cross-contests, and ball passing.
Some players felt a bit heavy due to the travel, but as they went through the menu, their movements became lighter and the adjustment is going smoothly.
After practice, we took a bus to the beach to refresh ourselves before lunch.
