We trained in the morning in preparation for tomorrow's match. First, a 12-minute run and stretching. Then, we practiced ball possession in 4 vs 2 or 4 vs 1 to prepare for one-on-one play. Following that, we conducted game-format practice. After training one-on-one play in a game format, we practiced penalty kicks.
