South Korea Expedition (March 12)

The Kashima Antlers Junior Academy 4th-grade team has departed for their expedition to Korea.

They gathered early in the morning, completed boarding procedures, and enthusiastically departed Narita Airport at 9:00 AM. During the approximately 2.5-hour flight, they mostly finished their in-flight meals, despite being a little surprised by the taste.

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, they were greeted in the airport lobby by Mr. Kim, coach of Jeonbuk Hyundai U12, and Mr. Lee, the interpreter, who will be assisting them on this trip.

After leaving the airport, they had lunch at a rest stop. Both the food and the appearance of the rest stop were so similar to those in Japan that it felt almost like a domestic trip.

Afterward, they left the rest stop and arrived at the hotel around 4:40 PM, where they took a walk and did some exercises in a nearby park. Everyone was energetically moving their bodies.

Dinner was at a restaurant near the hotel, then they returned to the hotel for a meeting before calling it a night. Despite the fatigue from their first overseas trip, lights were out at 10:30 PM in preparation for tomorrow's games.
