2015 NIKE ANTLERS CUP U-12 Finals

We held the 2015 NIKE ANTLERS CUP U-12 Final Tournament for three days from September 21st to September 23rd. This tournament was made possible thanks to the tremendous support from companies, team officials, and guardians.

This tournament featured 32 teams: those who advanced from a total of 8 preliminary rounds held across the Kanto and Tohoku regions from April to September, with 115 teams participating, teams that secured seeding rights in last year's tournament, and invited teams from South Korea. Over the three days of the tournament, the weather was excellent, and all participating teams played intense matches in a wonderful environment.

After three days of fierce competition, Kashima Antlers Tsukuba Jr. and Omiya Ardija advanced to the final match to determine the champion among all participating teams. During the pre-match ceremony, siblings of each team, wearing their team uniforms, entered the stadium hand-in-hand with the players as escort kids.

Omiya Ardija scored first in the match, but Antlers Tsukuba equalized, and with both teams trading goals in an intense battle, the game went into extra time.

Extra time continued with both teams on the attack, but Antlers Tsukuba scored from a set piece, which proved to be the winning goal, making Antlers Tsukuba the champion of this tournament.

During the awards ceremony, the 3rd place, runner-up, champion, and individual awards were announced.
