Academy Report

On Thursday, August 6th, the 2015 NIKE ANTLERS CUP U-12 Tohoku Round was held at Morioka South Park Stadium in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
This year, we expanded the number of participating teams to 24 and held qualifiers to determine the three teams that would advance to the main tournament.

The results of the Tohoku Round can be found here. The Morioka South Park Stadium, where the matches were held, is the home stadium of J3 Grulla Morioka, so we were able to play on a wonderful natural grass pitch.
In each match of the qualifying group, intense games continued as teams aimed to advance from the group stage, making the venue lively.
The three teams that brilliantly won their way through the final tournament qualification rounds are Winds FC (Aomori Prefecture, first appearance), Mutsu FC (Aomori Prefecture, first appearance), and AC Junior (Miyagi Prefecture, first appearance).
These three teams will participate in the 2015 NIKE ANTLERS CUP U-12 Final Tournament held from September 21st to 23rd.
We look forward to their success in the main tournament as representatives of the Tohoku Round.
