・This event is eligible for point cards (1 point).
*Those who do not have a point card will receive one at the reception (for school students only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., participation fees cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you will be able to participate in an event of the same value at a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event has passed half of its scheduled time at the time of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school students will be contacted via Sgrum by 15:00 on the day of the event, and general participants will be contacted by phone.
・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but we ask each household to handle subsequent treatment. Please be aware of this in advance.
