・This event is eligible for point cards.
*For those who do not have a point card, it will be distributed at the reception (school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., participation fees cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you can participate in an event of the same value on a later date without a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event has passed half of its scheduled time at the point of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you agree to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be contacted via Sgrum by 15:00 on the day, and general participants will be contacted by phone.
・First aid will be provided for injuries on the day, but we ask each household to handle subsequent care. Please be aware of this in advance.
