・This event is eligible for point cards.
*Those who do not have a point card will be given one at the reception (for school members only).
・If the event is canceled midway due to rain, lightning, etc., the participation fee cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you will be able to participate in an event of the same value at a later date without paying a participation fee.
*However, this does not apply if the canceled event has already passed half of its scheduled time at the time of cancellation.
・Photos or videos taken at this event may be published on the club's official website and club media. Please apply only if you consent to this.
・In case of cancellation, school members will be notified via Sgrum and general participants will be contacted by phone by 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
・First aid will be provided for injuries on the day of the event, but thereafter, each household will be responsible for their own care. Please be aware of this in advance.
